1. ACCEPTANCE

The website is operated by Harper House. Your use of the website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers set out below ("Terms and Conditions"). Your use of the website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Condition.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice or liability to you or any third party. We also reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to impose limits on certain features and services.

2. CAPACITY

The products on the website are only available for sale to individuals who can make legally binding contracts. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate or restrict your use of the Site, without notice, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or any third party.

USE OF THE SITE
We maintain the Site for your non-commercial personal use. Your use of the Site for any other purpose is permissible only with our prior written consent. YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION 
If you choose to register on the Site, you will set up an account by submitting your contact information and selecting a password (together, your “Account Information”). If you fail to sign into the Site using your Account Information for a period of two years, we reserve the right to deactivate your account, without notice or liability to you. Limit: one (1) active account per person. We reserve the right to deactivate multiple accounts established by the same person. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your Account Information, and you are responsible for all use of the Site accessed through it. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or Account Information or any other actual or suspected breach of Site security.

3. ORDERS

Any order placed by you in the manner described in this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product for the price (including the delivery and other charges and taxes) specified in this website at the time you place your order on these Terms and Conditions. All transactions made through the Site are subject to our acceptance, which is in our sole discretion.

Order Placement

After you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. It is stated in the email that your order have been received and we are waiting for your payment.  Please note that at this stage your order has not been finalized. Your order will be completed once we have received your payment confirmation and the actual payment. We will then send you the order confirmation and delivery notification to your email.

Price and availibility

Harper House will try to provide information, description, availability and price as accurately as possible, however error may occur. If we discover an error in any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you  choose to cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on the payment methods that you have chosen. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorization check has been completed. In case of credit card payment, your card will be debited once the order has been accepted. Once your payment has been received, we will send you an email stating that your order has been completed. Please allow 1-2 working days to dispatch your order. In case of custom order, please allow 4-7 working days to dispatch your order.

4. LABELLING OF PRODUCTS

Unless expressly stated on our website or official social media pages, any products we offer, list or sell will be labeled as ‘Harper House or a label of one our wholesalers, distributors or agencies and is not a label of, or affiliated, associated or endorsed by a third party brand, company or business.

5. SHIPPING& RETURNS

Shipping Schedule:

We ship our orders from Monday – Friday.

We do not ship orders on weekends and/or public holiday.

Please allow 1-2 working days to dispatch your order. In case, of custom order, please allow 4-7 days to dispatch your order.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

All domestic orders will be shipped by JNE.

Estimated Time for Regular Shipping:

Jakarta                      :  1-3 working days

Outside of Jakarta       :  2-6 working days. 

Estimated Time for Express Shipping

Jakarta                       :  1-2 working days

Outside of Jakarta       :  2-3 working days. 

Estimated shipping time only valid after we have received your payment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international order will be shipped by EMS Post Indonesia.

Please allow 7-15 working days for orders outside of Indonesia. Shipping schedules only valid after we have received your payment.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your order status and tracking number. Please refer to the courier website to track your orders.

Shipping Policy

  1. Harper House is not responsible for any loss of merchandise after shipment has been processed by JNE or EMS.
  2. Harper House is not responsible for any delay in shipment for incomplete shipping address or no recipients at the address.
  3. For International Orders, Harper House is not responsible for any charges on customs taxes and duties.

Exchange & Return

6. LOST PACKAGES

We do not accept responsibility for lost orders as a result of a third party's negligence or otherwise, so far as we can provide proof of shipment. If your order is missing, please email us immediately.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Harper House will in no way be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, resulting from use or inability to use the website or for the cost of procurement of substitute products or resulting from any products purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through the website or resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data or of any information contained on this website, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, use, data or other intangible, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where any Act of Parliament implies in the Terms and Conditions any term, condition or warranty, and that Act avoids or prohibits provisions in a contract excluding or modifying the application of or exercise of, or liability under such term, condition or warranty, such term, condition or warranty shall be deemed to be included in the Terms and Conditions, however, the liability for us on any breach of such term, condition or warranty shall be limited at our option.
