Payment Options

You can pay with any method offered at checkout, including the major credit and debit cards, processed by secure third-party payment providers.

Timing of Payment

The full amount is charged when you place your order, and we start preparing it once the payment has been confirmed.

Currency

All prices and charges on harper-house.com are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, within 10 business days after we receive and check your return. The customer covers return shipping. Our Refund Policy explains each step.

One-Time Charges Only

Harper House doesn't offer subscriptions or recurring billing - you're charged once per order.

If a Payment Fails

Orders with a declined payment are not processed. Any delay or fee caused by your bank or card provider is outside Harper House's control.
